Alongside our conventional home groups, we also encourage men to meet-up in small groups to read the Bible together, build friendships and pray for one another. We call these groups "Impact Groups". They vary in size, with some men meeting one-to-one, some in triplets and some in larger groups of six or seven.
The aim of these group is to grow our love of the Lord Jesus, as we come to know him better through the scriptures. We want God's word to be at the heart of our time together, fuelling our prayers, our service of one-another and the response in our lives.
We want to follow the principle set out by Paul in Ephesians:
Ephesians 4:15-16 "Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love."
During the Spring and Summer term, the groups will be going through the letter to the Galatians.

Impact Group Breakfast
On Saturday 11th January we hosted an Impact Group breakfast. We gathered together centrally to think about why we started up our Impact Groups by answering the following questions from Ephesians 4:11-16: Ministry - Who does it? What is it? Why do it?
